Dwayne Meeks is a nationally recognized fatherhood advocate, award-winning leader, and cultural influencer whose work has redefined how fathers are seen and supported. With more than 25 years of impact, he has launched groundbreaking fatherhood programs, led statewide networks, and guided national policy conversations.

His leadership has been honored with multiple awards for community service, innovation, and fatherhood engagement, including recognition as a trailblazer in men’s health and family strengthening. Dwayne has delivered hundreds keynotes, trainings, and workshops across 24 states and 3 countries, and co-authored the acclaimed book Pieces Never Missing Required in a Child’s Life with Judge Arthur L. Burnett Sr.

Internationally known for working with men, fathers, and boys, he continues to inspire systems, families, and communities to build healthier relationships with women and children. Dwayne states “I don’t just lead this work. I live it. Every day—as a father, as a man, and as a healer.”
