Fatherhood Engagement Coaching: 
The purpose of the program is to help fathers feel more confident and empowered about who they are as the families’ foundation and back bone. Our focus is on engaging, educating, and supporting father’s with the guidance to prepare them for a life of fatherhood with the understanding of the commitment and responsibility that comes with his role. We strive to help remove personal barriers that prevent fathers from being involved through advocacy and education. It will likewise create better academic outcomes in their student children.

All fatherhood facilitators conduct exercises that permit fathers to recognize their own issues and solutions through self disclosure and peer learning. 
This method empowers members to participate in exercises where they find out about each other’s challenges and triumphs, reflect and increase basic knowledge into their own states of mind and practices about fathering. 


Youth Development and Peer Mentoring:
The "Coming of Age" Student development service model reaches into the lives of  at risk youth and assists them with understanding the world they live in and how their choices impact themselves and their families. "Coming of Age" utilizes mentors to provide students with a direct round-table for resolving conflict that does not require the direct attention of administrators. The process helps resolve conflicts permanently by addressing their underlying causes, serves as a distinct option for customary disciplinary activities. 

At this phase of the initiative, we are addressing (a) the disproportionate and disparity rate of exclusionary school discipline practices; (b) academic, transition, and post secondary outcomes; (c) challenges with the school climate; and (d) the cultural responsiveness of student, parent and community engagement, all significant needs that impact the achievement of students through post secondary outcomes along with current and future cultural health of their community.

​This workshop is a comprehensive approach to understanding poverty. Bridges Out of Poverty uses the lens of economic class and provides concrete tools and strategies for a community to alleviate poverty. Participants will review poverty research, examine a theory of change, and analyze poverty through the prism of the hidden rules of class, resources, family structure, and language. Throughout the workshop, participants will receive specific strategies for improving outcomes, but the focus of the workshop is to provide a broad overview of concepts.
This training assists employers, community organizations, social service agencies, and individuals gain insight and strategies.


Fathers and Daughter Communication workshop: 
What Do Pearls Symbolize? Pearls symbolize peace, humility and harmony. It also represents virtue and people. Pearls are beautiful and precious. Every woman should own pearls and every father should treasure his daughters like they are Pearls. We encourage dads to take their daughters out on regular dates and create lasting video and picture memories.  Throughout the year we hold dances, dinners, and workshops that promote healthy father and daughter interaction.  Encouraging fathers and families to stand strong and united through challenging times.

Healthy Marriage/ Relationship Coaching
This workshop offers a framework for family enrichment through the enhancement of family relationships, particularly males and females. In this group we examine the five love languages and our ability to effectively relate to one another in a way that increases shared ability to create lasting change in our marriages, families and communities.

Our prison ministry was produced to continue to address the healing of damage deeply rooted in men. One of the goals with this ministry is to raise up fathers, mothers and youth walk with God. As the foundation of the family we expect men to exemplify dignity and unwavering character in every walk of life, providing a Godly example for the family. Depression, Suicide, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, Mental Illness; etc. finds its established in a man who has been deeply hurt. According to Jeremiah 30:17 the Lord says, “I will give you back your health and heal your wounds.” Through our events, products and services rooted in the Word of God; This ministry engages youth in healthy activities to discover, look at, address, reconcile and overcome the pain within; inhibiting them to live fruitful and productive lives. The ministry will equip them to strengthen the pieces that are missing between them and God so that their goals and dreams for their children, and family can be fulfilled according to God’s will and word.
